Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If incorrect or incomplete details are provided:

• ITADOMIN will not resend or replace the order

• ITADOMIN is not responsible for lost or undelivered shipments

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent via email. Please allow several days for updates to appear.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement.
After this period:

• Orders cannot be canceled due to processing and preparation for shipment

• ITADOMIN is unable to stop or recall shipments once dispatched
