Returns and Refunds Policy

At ITADOMIN, we aim to ensure product quality while maintaining clear and fair return conditions.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will only be considered if:

• The product is defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues

• The request is submitted within 10 days from the manufacturing date

• Clear photo or video evidence is provided

Requests without sufficient proof will not be accepted.

Return Requirement

If a refund request is approved, the customer must return the product within the instructed timeframe. Failure to return the item may result in rejection of the refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind or personal preference

• Incorrect product selection (size, color, style)

• Shipping delays caused by external factors

• Orders lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
